I work with people who want to carve out time to think and to have me as their thinking partner (coach). I help people think through whatever's bothering or challenging them.

Coaching is a partnership and our work will help you thrive at home and work which leads to greater contentedness and effectiveness in everything you do.

I also partner with team leaders and their teams to help build better ways of thinking and working together.

I have two fundamental beliefs:

1) Everyone benefits from time to think and having someone partnering with them as they do

2) coaching should be available to all.

​I reinvest a proportion of my profits into wonderful, committed people who can't afford to pay the full price for 1:1 coaching or don't have organisations that help fund it. If that's you, and you want to carve out some time to think then I want to partner with you and we'll work out a way to do it!

Having never had 1:1 coaching before, I was a little apprehensive before my first session with Tim. I needn’t have worried; he immediately put me at ease, and the conversation flowed. In partnership with Positive Intelligence Inc, I offer a seven week programme which results in sustainable changes through a mental fitness programme designed to increase your focus, productivity and happiness.

To succeed doesn’t take much time! 

You’ll watch a weekly one-hour video presented by Shirzad Chamine; engage in a one-hour PQ Group Pod facilitated by Tim Pottle, and complete a daily 10-minute “mental workout” using an easy-to-use mobile app.

So many training courses change us for a week or maybe a month, then we slip back to the old ways. The Positive Mental Fitness Programme helps you make changes quickly and provides you with the tools to maintain your mental fitness forever.

The PQ Pod (group) 

Being in a PQ Pod means you are five times more likely to succeed.  You'll join four to eight administrators and team leaders and you’ll learn, support one another, create accountability and make seismic shifts in how you react to the ups and downs of your daily life.

Your PQ Pod will be led by Tim who has been an administrator, administration manager, fundraiser and charity trustee for over 25 years. He started work as a temporary admin assistant and now works part-time as Development Director at Regent's Park College in Oxford. Tim is an Associate at Salt Coaching and Consulting and Openwell. 

 

His mission and passion is to help managers and their teams thrive both at work and home.
